Discount codes can be applied on the checkout page in the "Discount code" field located in the Order Summary panel on the right. Enter your code exactly as provided (codes are case-sensitive) and click Apply. The discount will be deducted from your order subtotal before payment is processed. Only one discount code can be applied per order.

Active promo codes are distributed through our newsletter, our official social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), and directly to registered buyers via email. To make sure you never miss a deal, subscribe to our newsletter using the form in the footer. Codes are typically valid for 7–30 days and may have a minimum order value.

Orders above a certain quantity threshold automatically qualify for tiered bulk pricing. Bulk discounts are displayed directly on the product page under the pricing section — for example "10+ units: save 8%", "50+ units: save 15%". These discounts are applied automatically at checkout and cannot be combined with promotional codes.

We run seasonal promotions around key dates such as New Year, Easter, summer clearance and end-of-year sales. Flash sales are announced at least 24 hours in advance via email and social media. Products on flash sale are marked with a countdown timer and a "Sale" badge on the listing page.

Refer a business to Exact Solutions and earn a credit when they complete their first order over €200. Share your unique referral link from your account dashboard. Credits are added to your account within 5 business days after your referral's first successful payment and can be used as a discount on your next order.

New registered buyers are eligible for a 5% discount on their first order over €100. The discount is applied automatically when you check out for the first time with a registered account. This offer is not available for guest checkouts and cannot be combined with other codes.

No. Only one discount code can be applied per order. If you have multiple codes, choose the one that gives you the highest saving. Bulk discounts are applied automatically and are separate from promo codes, but promo codes cannot stack with each other.

Check the following: (1) The code is entered exactly as provided — codes are case-sensitive. (2) The code has not expired — check the expiry date in the email or post where it was shared. (3) Your order meets the minimum value for the code. (4) The code is for the correct product category.
