Delivery times are estimates and begin after order dispatch. Public holidays may extend delivery times.

Shipping Details

1 When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 12:00 noon (CET) on a business day are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after noon or on weekends are dispatched the next business day. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
2 How do I track my shipment?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's tracking page. You can also track your order by logging into your account and navigating to My Orders β†’ View Order β†’ Tracking. If you do not receive a tracking email within 2 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.
3 Bulk and pallet shipments
For large wholesale orders β€” typically orders containing pallets or freight β€” shipping is arranged individually. After placing your order, our logistics team will contact you within 1 business day to confirm the freight method, carrier, estimated delivery window and any special requirements (such as forklift access or specific delivery hours). Freight costs are calculated based on weight, volume and destination.
4 Free shipping threshold
Orders over €500 (or equivalent in USD or PLN) qualify for free standard shipping within the European Union and Poland. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout when the threshold is met. Express shipping and freight options are always charged separately.
5 International customs & duties
For shipments outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes and handling fees may be charged by the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost shown at checkout. We declare the accurate value of goods on all customs documentation β€” we do not falsify customs declarations. Contact your local customs authority for duty rate information before ordering.
6 What if my package is lost or arrives damaged?
If your package does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, first check the tracking link in your dispatch email. If tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received the package, check with neighbours or your building reception. If the issue persists, contact us at info@exactsolutions.pl within 7 days of the expected delivery date. For damaged packages, photograph the outer packaging and contents before unpacking further, and report the damage within 48 hours of delivery. We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
